• Non-functional items (unless clearly mentioned)

4. Pricing & Commission

• Vendors can set their own selling price
• Respawn Point charges a commission per successful order
• Commission rates vary by category and volume
• Final payout = Selling Price – Commission

Respawn Point reserves the right to update commission rates with prior notice.

5. Order Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for:

• Processing orders within 24–48 hours
• Proper packaging of products
• Using reliable courier services
• Providing valid tracking details

Failure to fulfill orders on time may result in penalties.

6. Shipping Responsibility

• Vendors handle all shipping and logistics
• Any damage due to poor packaging is the vendor’s responsibility
• Tracking must be shared with the buyer

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product is not as described
• Product is defective or dead on arrival
• Wrong item is delivered
