Your Responsibilities
As a vendor, you agree to:
- List products with accurate details
- Upload real images (no stock photos)
- Clearly mention condition and defects
- Test products before shipping
- Dispatch orders within 24–48 hours
- Use proper packaging for safe delivery
Shipping & Returns
- You are responsible for shipping and delivery
- Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is not as described
- Product is defective (DOA)
- Wrong item is delivered
Commission
- You pay commission only when you sell
- Rates depend on product category
- Final payout = Selling Price – Commission
What’s Not Allowed
- Fake or misleading listings
- Selling non-working items without disclosure
- Using stock images
- Off-platform deals with buyers
Account Actions
Your account may be restricted or removed if:
- You have high return rates
- You fail to fulfill orders
- You violate platform rules
